Sent to your doorstep, your material sample pack contains a rugged 3D printed case with four carefully curated parts that showcase the quality and versatility of our 3D printing capabilities.
Sample Case: Made from PA12 Nylon material using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) with a satin black dye finish. This case consists of three moving parts printed as a single assembly. Open the clasp with a satisfying snap and reveal four sample parts inside
Finish Swatch: This sample includes all of our available finishes, including our popular satin black dye. You'll be able to see and feel the quality of our finishes in person, helping you make an informed decision for your next project.
Threaded Insert Sample: This part includes a threaded insert sample inside a MJF Nylon part, showcasing the strength and durability of our MJF Nylon material.
Design Guide Sample: This sample includes a MJF Design Guide, demonstrating acceptable wall and hole thicknesses that our MJF Nylon material can achieve. This will help you design and create parts that meet our material's specifications.
Vibro Polish Sample: This part includes a SLS PA12 White Vibro Polish sample, showcasing where vibro-polishing is best used. You'll be able to see and feel the difference in quality and finish with this sample.
